We had the best holiday ever! The location was great, with everything we needed just around the corner. The beach was right next to the hotel, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops in the village. Plus, Rethymno was just a short drive away, offering even more options for dining and entertainment. The hotel facilities were modern and stylish, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Giorgos, the owner, Antonis, the chef, and Dimitra. The breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of options to choose from, including made-to-order omelettes. this hotel provided a fantastic experience.

There was nothing we didn't like.

This hotel is a luxurious venue, perfect for couples or families. the exclusive amenities, such as the spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were delightful and fulfilled all of my needs. the beautiful sun terrace with sun loungers and the garden area were impeccably maintained and provided a relaxing environment. the hotel's location provided excellent beach access, allowing me to enjoy the calm, tranquil sea.

My only issue was with the poolside snack bar's service. While the staff was charming, they were a little disorganized, making me wait for my order more than expected.

The hotel had a good breakfast spread and a well-stocked pool bar. the location was very close to the beach and there were plenty of seats to relax on even in the afternoons. It was also conveniently located near shops and restaurants.

The service was not up to par for a 5-star hotel. the staff seemed untrained and unable to answer basic questions.

The location of the hotel was great, close to restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Giorgos, the owner, was a fantastic host and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Antonis, the magic Chef, prepared delicious meals and Dimitra, who worked at breakfast, always had a smile on her face. The room was comfortable with nice amenities and the breakfast was outstanding, offering a variety of options.

The gym equipment was outdated and in need of improvement.
