Super nice stay with a fab view

The rooms were spacious, clean, and had an awesome view of the Ferris wheel! Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Quinn—she was a lifesaver with a banking issue. The location's perfect, tons of places to walk to, but the breakfast could use a bit more variety after a few days.

The accommodations were super comfy, and the view from my room was just breathtaking! I loved starting my mornings with a delicious breakfast and friendly service. Plus, being so close to all the fun restaurants and events made it easy to soak up the local vibe!

The view from the hotel was fantastic, and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were genuinely friendly and remembered us, which added a nice touch. we were given a queen instead of the requested king bed, which was a challenge for two tall people. Parking was inconvenient and pricey, and our room wasn't cleaned even after requesting it. There were some bright spots, like the tasty snacks and functional amenities, but the lack of service left a sour note on our anniversary trip. A small gesture, like a credit or a clean room, would’ve made all the difference.

The location was perfect with a nice river view. My room was super spacious and super clean, with great amenities like air conditioning, a huge walk-in shower, flat-screen TV, and a coffee machine. Jayson at the bar was awesome and the staff, including Kimberly Brown, were super friendly. The fitness centre was a nice touch.

However, issues with meeting room availability and limited lobby seating were a downside. Overall, a pleasant experience with room overlooking the Potomac River and complimentary AA batteries upon request.

I had a rough stay—first off, the customer service was awful. I dealt with a rude staff member who cut me off while I tried to clarify a hold on my account. Super frustrating! Wouldn't recommend staying here.

The bed was comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. Upon check-in, our room's A/C wasn’t working, leaving us warm initially, but the staff quickly resolved the issue. The TV also malfunctioned, which was disappointing after a long day. I appreciated the friendly staff, especially Kimberly, who sought to ensure we were comfortable. I expected a view of the harbor but faced the street instead. Noise was minimal, which helped with relaxation later. The breakfast was fantastic, but parking was a hassle as there was no dedicated facility.

The lack of parking and extra charges for a waterfront view—despite prior confirmation—were disappointing. I arrived to a malfunctioning air conditioning unit and a non-functional TV. Bottled water was overpriced, and the military discount issue needs addressing. Offering solutions rather than apologies would enhance the experience. This stay had potential but fell short in key aspects.

The hotel's breakfast offered a great variety, and the cleanliness of the rooms exceeded expectations. The location, just a short walk from the Gaylord Convention Center, was perfect for our convention.

Great central location near the convention center and restaurants. The comfortable bed and clean rooms provided a relaxing stay. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our Xmas trip.

The room service needs improvement, as we had to specifically request cleaning. There were issues with phone calls being transferred incorrectly, causing some confusion during our stay.
