The staff was exceptional and the location was unbeatable with river views. Delicious breakfast options made for a great start to each day. While some guests left tables messy, the overall experience was fantastic with clean rooms, great amenities, and a reasonable snack bar. A game room or billiards area could be a fun addition without detracting from the overall positive stay.

The hotel's warm and inviting decor created a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The comfortable seating areas in the lobby and throughout the hotel provided a lovely space to relax and chat with other guests. As a senior, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with easy-to-navigate hallways and well-placed handrails, making it convenient for me to move around independently.

I would have appreciated more accommodations for senior guests, such as larger, more ergonomic pillows for extra comfort during our stay.

Always choose this place! First stay, staff found my lost car keys. Perfect for me: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, coffee in lobby, fitness center. I return for romantic escape.

The room was so cozy and comfy, with a pull-out sofa and a great workstation. The 55-inch HDTV was perfect for winding down after a long day. The air conditioning and scenic waterview added a fantastic touch.

Oh, just a delightful odor of sewage in the bathroom, and parking was such a joy with fights and closures. Check-in could've been smoother, but who needs information anyway?

We had a great experience staying here. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and always asked if everything was okay. The location of this venue was perfect for our needs with lots of shops and restaurants around it. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the gym was excellent. We especially appreciated the courteous gentleman at breakfast who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

The hotel's location was great! It was in a bustling area with plenty of food options and activities to do. The room was comfortable and clean, and the continental breakfast had more options than expected. It was definitely a plus to have a full breakfast before a long day of work.

There were quite a few negative aspects of my stay. The air conditioning unit was broken when I arrived, and it took a while to get it fixed.
