The location of the hotel was perfect, offering privacy and a peaceful atmosphere, while still being within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The pool, pool bar, and restaurant were all beautiful and the food was delicious, with amazing cocktails. The staff were super helpful, arranging transportation and giving great restaurant recommendations. The hotel was also spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to visit again.

One negative aspect was the presence of insects and bugs that made it difficult to enjoy meals outside at night. This was not an issue on another island I visited.

The friendly and attentive staff goes above and beyond to ensure a 5-star experience, responding promptly to any requests or concerns. The first-class breakfasts are a perfect start to the day.

The walk back uphill from Fira may be challenging, especially in hot temperatures.

We had a fantastic stay at a brand new resort in Imerovigli with stunning views of the ocean. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The staff at Cresanto Luxury Suites went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. We especially appreciated their assistance in arranging our requests. The location of the hotel was perfect, providing privacy away from the hustle and bustle of Fira while still being just a short stroll from the Caldera restaurants. we highly recommend this beautiful resort.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. the location was convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants. the breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety of options.

The service was slow and staff seemed to be understaffed. the room had maintenance issues, such as a faulty skimmer in the pool and a drawer that wouldn't close.

I recently stayed at Cresanto Luxury Suites for a couple of days and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms and pool were impeccably clean, just like in the pictures. The staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. They made sure our transfer between rooms was seamless. The breakfast was not to be missed, with a great variety of delicious options. Aspa, one of the staff members, was especially helpful in assisting me with finding my misplaced sunglasses and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

From the modern and spacious rooms to the exceptional service, everything was top-notch. the staff went above and beyond, accommodating all of our needs with a smile. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its ample food options and meeting all dietary needs. the hotel also had a modern gym equipped with enough weights and equipment to provide us with a great work out.
