The location of the hotel was perfect, offering privacy and a peaceful atmosphere, while still being within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The pool, pool bar, and restaurant were all beautiful and the food was delicious, with amazing cocktails. The staff were super helpful, arranging transportation and giving great restaurant recommendations. The hotel was also spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to visit again.

One negative aspect was the presence of insects and bugs that made it difficult to enjoy meals outside at night. This was not an issue on another island I visited.

The walk back uphill from Fira may be challenging, especially in hot temperatures.

Despite some minor issues such as the hot tub not being as hot as expected, and slow service at breakfast, we were overall very pleased with our stay. I would suggest adding more towel hooks in the rooms and improving the pool bar's menu options, but these were minor inconveniences.

I recently stayed at Cresanto Luxury Suites for a couple of days and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms and pool were impeccably clean, just like in the pictures. The staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. They made sure our transfer between rooms was seamless. The breakfast was not to be missed, with a great variety of delicious options. Aspa, one of the staff members, was especially helpful in assisting me with finding my misplaced sunglasses and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

This hotel is perfect for a luxurious stay in Santorini. From the modern and spacious rooms to the exceptional service, everything was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond, accommodating all of our needs with a smile. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its ample food options and meeting all dietary needs. The hotel also had a modern gym equipped with enough weights and equipment to provide us with a great work out. The stunning location, a short walk from the village center and the main town, made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only, minor issue during our stay was that the sensor light for the bathroom came on a few times, lighting up the room. Besides that, everything was perfect.
