We were impressed with the wonderful pool and the surrounding area at Hyatt Regency. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay. The pool was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. we had a great experience at this hotel.

During our city break, we experienced a luxurious resort, with a lavish and welcoming environment, great amenities, delicious food and amazing staff. We enjoyed two complimentary gifts on arrival, which was an unexpected surprise. the stunning pool area was the perfect spot to relax with the needful shuttle service offered throughout our stay to travel to the city center, which wasn't far away, that was the real advantage.

A minor inconvenience.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities. The exclusive spa and wellness center treated us to top-of-the-line massages and body wraps, leaving us feeling rejuvenated. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided a serene escape with stunning garden views. The restaurant offered a diverse range of delicious options for breakfast, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for evenings spent sipping cocktails.

The only issue we encountered was the lack of makeup services available on-site, which was a minor inconvenience. However, the exceptional service from the staff more than made up for it.
