The rooms are spacious with large balconies, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The breakfast buffet is diverse, with plenty of options to satisfy all tastes.

What a wonderful weekend! First of all, the staff was incredible, always going above and beyond. the room was super clean and comfortable, and the bed was just perfect. The breakfast buffet was a real treat, with so many choices, including fresh fruit and pastry. We really enjoyed the pool area, which was well-maintained and provided a much-needed respite from the heat. The location was also great, with many restaurant and bar options nearby. We also appreciated the free laundry service, which was a nice perk.

There really isn't much to dislike about this hotel. It would have been nice to have more authentic local food options at the restaurant instead of traditional western fare, but this is a minor thing.

Isida Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We had a week-long stay and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The reception staff, particularly Maria and her colleagues, were exceptional, always willing to assist with anything we needed. The hotel also provided a laundry room with free washing machines, a convenient and useful feature. The breakfast buffet was abundant and well-organized, and the rooms were spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities. The landscaping of the property was beautiful, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff at Isida Hotel were incredibly helpful and kind. They provided me with excellent information about car rental, public transport, and the best routes around the inland. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a variety of delicious local and international cuisine. The swimming pools at the hotel were marvellous, and there were plenty of open spaces throughout the property. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I was truly impressed and exceeded my expectations on all levels. If I visit Crete again, I will definitely be returning to this hotel. Highly recommended!
