We loved the beautiful pool and enjoyed complimentary wine and fruit poolside. The staff were attentive and made us feel special. The highlight of our trip was the great service provided by Denisse, Nathalie, Gabriel, Xavier, Mike, Janina, Kenneth, Salem, Clara André, Sandford, and all the others. I would definitely recommend staying at this glamorous hotel.

We had an incredible stay here! The hotel is in a great location, really close to the beach and surrounded by loads of bars and restaurants for when you're ready to go out in the evening. The restaurant here is amazing - we had an incredible meal and the service was impeccable. The room was really spacious with great amenities, including a terrace with garden furniture where we could sit and enjoy the sun. The staff here were so friendly and helpful, from the housekeeping to the tours/ticket assistance and happy hour - we really appreciated their attention to detail.

The service at the hotel was not up to par. The room service was terrible and the food options were limited. The valet and bellman services were also very poor. Additionally, the reception procedure was underwhelming and there was no separate hotel entrance. The noise in the room was unbearable, making it impossible to sleep. the hotel did not meet the standards of a five-star place.

Almost perfect.

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape and were pleasantly surprised with the complementary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries upon arrival. The views from our room were breathtaking, especially during sunset. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance.

Despite the beautiful surroundings, the noise level was high and made it difficult to fully relax. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable and caused restless nights. It was also disappointing that the staff was not as attentive as we had hoped, especially given the high price point.
