My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff, who were all very helpful and polite. the room was spotless with a stunning view of the sea and the city. We really appreciated the good food, especially the breakfast buffet served until 10:30, which was a great treat for us late risers. the location was ideal for exploring Lusail City, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. the spa and swimming pool were exceptional, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

One thing that could be improved is the room cleaning service. I requested my room to be cleaned and was assured it would be done by the time I returned, but unfortunately, it was not.

The smart TV featured in my room was a real gem. With access to YouTube, I could easily set the mood with my favorite playlists.

The superb breakfast at Century Marina Hotel , Lusail in Lusail was exceptional, offering a wide variety of French pastries and local delicacies, with personalized omelet and pancake options. the staff's elegance and friendliness enhanced my experience. the nearby Megapolis Entertainment Center and Public Beach provided excellent opportunities for family bonding, complementing the hotel's relaxing spa and beauty treatments, ensuring a memorable stay for my 8, month, old baby and me.

From the warm welcome with a small birthday cake to the lovely room upgrade, we felt truly pampered. the staff, especially Joannd, Jharana, and Nargiza, made our anniversary and birthday celebrations memorable. the spacious room, amazing view from the pool, and excellent breakfast made our stay perfect. the staff, like Emad, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Everything was superb, from the comfortable bed to the superb gym facilities.

This hotel was a luxurious haven that fulfilled all of our needs. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exclusive amenities and warm service provided by the staff. the impressive Spa & wellness centre offered a variety of treatments including body wraps, massages, and facials, along with a sauna, steam room and Turkish bath , it was a perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate. the outdoor infinity pool on the sun terrace was also a highlight with stunning panoramic views. the entertainment provided was also top, notch, including live music and make, up services.

While our experience at this hotel was truly exceptional, we did encounter one minor issue with the dinner service. Although the food was delicious, there was a long wait time between courses and the wait staff seemed a bit overwhelmed.

The location of the hotel is convenient as there is a mall within walking distance. the complimentary breakfast adds a bonus to the stay. It is a bit chilly in the morning, but nothing beats a nice breakfast savory to start the day. Another great aspect is the opportunity to swim in the pool, although it was a tad bit cold to swim in the mornings.

The hotel lacks hospitality techniques, and it is not worth the money spent. the cleanliness of the rooms is questionable, and there is a lack of housekeeping services.
