Great-sized villa with comfortable beds. Lovely shower and good-sized pool. Amazing sunset views over the caldera. Helpful hosts and generous breakfasts. Well-equipped with toiletries and towels

For the price we paid, we got great value, with a fantastic view and a room that was comfortable and relaxing, complete with our own private swimming pool. The hotel staff, especially Sofia, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We can't wait to go back!

Breakfast offerings could be improved by ensuring that orders are delivered in a timely manner, as we experienced delays on two out of the three days we stayed.

The view from our villa was absolutely breathtaking - waking up to the stunning ocean view every morning was a dream come true. the private pool was a definite highlight, allowing us to relax and soak up the sun while enjoying the incredible scenery. the staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure our stay was perfect.

The lack of amenities within walking distance - we had to rely on transportation to visit shops and restaurants. the weather during our stay was quite windy, which made it challenging to fully enjoy the outdoor patio and pool area.

The staff seemed unaccommodating and lacked warmth and friendliness. They were not very helpful when it came to our requests and did not go out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable.
