The hotel may be on the other side of the hill from Tumon Bay, but it's located in the heart of the shopping district. The ocean view from the infinity pool is beautiful and the bed is comfortable.

The facilities need some serious maintenance.

This hotel was a luxurious oasis during my vacation to Guam. The exclusive amenities fulfilled my every need, from the full body massage at the spa centre to the infinity pool with its stunning view. The garden area was a peaceful retreat and the room's exclusive advantages made me feel pampered. The poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area were excellent for refreshments, and the restaurant served delicious meals.

The one minor issue I experienced during my stay was limited service at the pool with view. However, this was a very small negative compared to the overall luxurious experience at this beautiful venue.

Gorgeous views and comfy king-sized beds. The corner suite was equipped with a mini-bar, a sitting room, a desk, and a walk-in closet. The bathroom featured a spa tub and shower with glass walls that made it a great TV-watching spot. The cleaning crew left personalized notes and a romantic setup in the room. Don't forget to check out the lookout behind the pool.

I had a very pleasant stay at Rihga Royal Laguna. The hotel had a perfect location with stunning views of the lagoon and bay. The dinner show was fantastic, showcasing the local culture with Chamoru dancers. Despite some dated infrastructure, the hotel still retained hints of its past majesty. The staff tried their best to provide good service. I would recommend this hotel.

The facilities were great, with several amazing amenities to choose from. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The multiple pools and restaurants were highlights of the trip. The hotel offered complementary shuttles, laundry services, and children's activities that my family enjoyed.

One negative experience ruined our trip. The hotel staff was not clear about the extra-bed charge, causing confusion and extra costs.
