I absolutely loved the beautiful courtyard and rooftop terrace at this hotel. the views of the surrounding area, including the volcanoes, were simply breathtaking. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable furnishings. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing box lunches for our early departure and even ordering pizza for us when we were too tired to go out. the location was also convenient, just a short walk from downtown and close to attractions like Cerro De La Cruz.

One downside was the slow wifi, which didn't reach our room very well. However, the staff did their best to address the issue.
