I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The value for my money was great, the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, with a shopping center attached to the hotel. The staff treated me so well, they were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The only thing that could have been better was the food for breakfast.

I couldn't have asked for better value for money at Hyatt Centric. The room was trendy, clean, and super comfy, with a bed that was absolute heaven. The location was ideal, close to the airport and surrounded by great restaurants and a shopping mall. But what really stood out was the staff - they were incredibly accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Can't wait to come back!

My partner and I had a wonderful time staying at a hotel in Guatemala City. The location was perfect as it was relatively close to the airport, making our commute hassle-free. We also appreciated how it was conveniently situated near upper level conveniences, allowing us to easily access shops and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel was just a short distance away from a large shopping center, providing us with plenty of options for entertainment and dining. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who made us feel right at home. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied, ensuring that we started our day with a satisfying meal. it was a memorable experience.

We did encounter one negative aspect during our stay. The pool/bar area could have been designed better for a more comfortable experience, as there were issues with the loungers and the gusts of wind.

We only stayed here one night but I wish we could have stayed longer. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations, all while being an appropriate price for the quality. The design and atmosphere are very refreshing. Sometimes hotels are so generic and contemporary you can barely tell what city you're in, but this place does the "modern mayan" feel very well. The staff was very nice and very helpful, they even gave me a cup of coffee to drink while I waited for the 5am airport shuttle. Will definitely come back again!

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The interior design was stunning, from our beautiful and spacious room to the trendy rooftop restaurant and pool with breathtaking views. The hotel had a well-equipped gym with healthy snacks and towels available. The staff went above and beyond, with the manager assisting us when we needed medicine delivered to our room and a helpful staff member ensuring our safe departure in an Uber. The location was fantastic, being conveniently situated next to a mall and close to all the best restaurants in the city.
