The staff were extremely helpful and proficient in English, making communication easy. Prompt room service was a plus. Appreciation to the staff at the lobby who proactively helped us with our luggage and ensured we made it to the airport shuttle on time. The hotel's location was convenient for shopping and exploring local restaurants. The premium executive room was spacious and well-maintained.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. the service was impeccable, with attention to every detail. the hotel room design was impressive, with fine details that exceeded our expectations. the location was perfect, connected to a department store and just minutes away from the bustling streets of Myeongdong. We were even provided with a crib and bottle sterilizing machine for our baby. Marvelous!

My recent stay at a hotel in Seoul was fantastic. We were greeted by the friendly and helpful staff at Lotte Hotel. the location of the hotel was excellent, situated near Myongdong with plenty of restaurants and shops to explore. We loved that the hotel was conveniently connected to a subway station, making it a great starting point for sightseeing and shopping. the room, although small, was fully equipped and comfortable.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable - right in the shopping district and with the underground right outside. The attention to detail is impressive - from the spacious rooms with Club Lounge access to the best espresso latte I've had in Korea. The staff were friendly, efficient, and always willing to help.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly enjoy. there were inconsistencies with the toiletries provided by housekeeping.

Complementary fruit basket and chocolates in the room, and free access to the gym were nice touches. the hotel is close to several restaurants and shops, and the view from the room was breathtaking.

The carpets in the hallways were outdated and dirty, and the room smelled musty. the pillows were too soft, and we had trouble sleeping.
