We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was extremely convenient, as it was close to the convention center, downtown, and the event we were attending. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, especially Melissa, the morning manager, who went above and beyond despite external circumstances. The room was clean and had excellent water pressure. The WiFi worked flawlessly, allowing us to connect all four of our devices simultaneously. Additionally, the complimentary Breakfast-in-a-bag was a great convenience every morning.

One small area that could be improved was the lack of a proper breakfast option. While breakfast was included in my rate, it consisted of only an apple and a Quaker Oats granola bar in a brown paper bag.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the convention center, making it easy for me to attend my event. It is also situated near all the major shopping centers, allowing me to indulge in some retail therapy during my stay. Additionally, I appreciated the fact that the open restaurant was right next to the check-in desk, making it convenient for me to grab a quick bite to eat.

That my traveling companions had to wait almost two hours after check-in time to get into their rooms.
