We had a fantastic time at this place! The location by the garden was so peaceful and beautiful. We loved being able to dine in the central restaurant and try out the a la carte restaurants as well. The ocean view was breathtaking, especially during our romantic dinner. The room amenities were top-notch and we enjoyed relaxing in front of the cable/satellite television. The staff, mainly the female staff members, provided excellent customer service and made us feel so welcome.

We absolutely love our stay at this beachfront hotel located south of an island. The view from our room was breathtaking. The comfortable room and bathroom were well-maintained, and the service was top-notch. We enjoyed delicious breakfast with a variety of options daily. We also appreciated the access to the diverse onsite amenities which include a dance club and a spa. At the Southside restaurant, we savored the delicious seafood while enjoying the stunning views of La Gonave island.

There seemed to be limited options at mealtimes, and it was inconvenient having to make reservations so early in the morning.

The food offered at the hotel was good and enjoyable. the staff was helpful and went above and beyond to assist guests, even in the search for lost items. the property had a variety of animation and activities for guests to enjoy during their stay.

The room had some issues with water and phone connectivity, and had to be changed multiple times. the iron provided by the hotel was in poor condition and had to be returned.

Stayed in a room close to the beautiful garden. The shower didn't have a door, so it made a temporary mess in the bathroom. I had to look for housekeeping when my room needed cleaning, but overall my stay was enjoyable and worth the visit.
