Our Xmas stay was quite enjoyable. We appreciated having a refrigerator and a free mini bar. the location was perfect for touring the city and visiting tourist attractions. the check-in and check-out process was surprisingly easy and convenient.

The air conditioning system in our room didn't work well, and we couldn't adjust the temperature to our liking. the shower drain seemed to be clogged with previous guests' debris, which was quite unpleasant.

I loved how easy it was to open the room door without any hassle. Additionally, as it was our anniversary, the hotel went above and beyond to make it special. They arranged a bottle of Prosecco in our room, complete with a heartfelt card and even a little heart drawn on our mirror. It was a lovely touch that made our stay even more memorable. We were near to the hot-spots of the city center, making it very easy to access bars, restaurants, and craft beer spots. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with large comfortable beds, super showers, an in-room safe. The staff at the reception, especially Mattias Nemeth, provided excellent support and were very helpful. The app was a game-changer, allowing us to easily control various aspects of our room.
