our stay at the constance was fantastic! we loved the spacious tropical garden view room, and the staff, especially gabrielle, were super helpful. the spa was a beautiful place to unwind, and being surrounded by lush landscapes added to the charm. the regular shuttles made getting around easy, too!

Request regular shuttle service early in the day to avoid long waits, especially if you plan on visiting different areas of the resort.

Our stay had several issues that were very disappointing. Additionally, the cleanliness of our room left a lot to be desired, with remnants of previous guests not being properly addressed and a faulty bathroom leak that caused further inconvenience. Instead of enjoying what should have been a relaxing getaway, we were left frustrated and concerned about the lack of attentiveness to guest satisfaction.

The stay was memorable, with stunning natural surroundings and luxurious amenities. The spacious Junior Suite offered utmost comfort, complemented by excellent dining options. The staff's attentiveness shone through, especially Mr Vijay, who elevated our experience with his exceptional service. This destination truly caters to families, making it an unforgettable escape.

The green surroundings complemented the exquisite hot wok dishes, which offered a culinary highlight during the stay. Staff interactions were always cheerful, creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhanced the comfort of the vast grounds. However, some areas felt crowded at peak times despite the seemingly large space, and there was a noticeable delay in receiving room service on occasion. The absence of complimentary drinks upon arrival was an unexpected oversight. a simple gesture could improve the welcome.

The beach was stunning, and we loved the U-Spa treatments. Snorkeling was a blast, and the giant tortoise interactions were a unique highlight!

check-in took longer than expected. but the three adjoining rooms we stayed in were perfect for our family. the cabana bar had a stunning view, and the fish was freshly caught and delicious. loved the variety of options in the restaurants!

Perfect for families or romantic escapes. Attention to detail makes every moment special. It's a resort you won't want to leave!

The exceptional service from the staff made our honeymoon truly special, especially the warm gestures like personalized notes and Chef Raul's exquisite dishes at the Cyann Restaurant, which left a lasting impression on us.

The staff at the bar were super kind and efficient! Denis by the pool delivered exceptional service, and the Indian section at the buffet was delish! Gym was well-equipped too! !

Nothing that I didn't like.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, outdoor swimming pool, and a kids club. The staff helped me find my way on my first visit, especially Aru, who always checked on us. I highly recommend trying the hiking trails! I'm coming back for a weekend.
