The location of the guesthouse was excellent, being just a short walk away from the BSI bus terminal. This made it convenient for us to catch our airport shuttle without any hassle. Additionally, the guesthouse was in close proximity to the main attractions in the city, such as the shopping street and the harbor.

Our room faced the street and the Icelandic wood windows couldn't be fully closed. As a result, we heard the noise of passing cars quite loudly in our room, which was a bit bothersome during the night.

The noise level in the building was horrible: we could hear people walking up and down the stairs, talking and laughing loudly and doors slamming until late at night. This was especially frustrating during Christmas when we wanted to relax.
