Perfect location in the heart of the city, with shops and restaurants nearby. the apartment size was comfortable, even for a studio.

Limited parking options, with charges during the day. the hot tub on the 4th floor didn't offer much of a view and the noise from the service lift door was disruptive, especially during the afternoon nap.

I had a great experience staying at Room With A View Apartments. the location was excellent, close to pick up stops for tours and near good restaurants and bars. the apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. I loved the fact that it had a small kitchen, which allowed me to cook my own meals and save money on dining out. the staff were also helpful and provided complimentary tea, coffee, and other essentials. it was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Iceland.

The bed in the main bedroom was extremely comfortable. The pull-out couch seemed to be a memory foam mattress. The hotel is in close proximity to dining, shopping, and many other places to visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Grocery shopping is nearby, so this makes for a very convenient place with a fully functioning kitchen.

Centrally located, well-equipped rooms with great amenities including a 40 inch TV, fridge with water and ice dispenser, and a lovely cooker. Staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to use the hot tub past 10 pm. a fantastic stay in a quiet and private environment.

Comfy bed with memory foam toppers and individual duvets. Good bathroom and amenities including smart TV and Bluetooth speaker. Convenient location near bus stops and plenty of nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location, close to Rainbow Street, Hallgrimska Church, bus stop for tours, bars, coffee shops. Spacious and clean apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. Secure building with reception available most of the time.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and well-equipped room. The location was excellent, with everything we needed just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the efficient front office lady who helped us book tours and quickly resolved our hot water issue, upgrading us to an even better room without hesitation.

Noisy hotel, difficult bathroom sink.

Great location, right in the heart of downtown. Walking distance to all the famous locations and close to the bus station, making it easily accessible. the surrounding area is filled with nice restaurants, bars, and gift shops, offering plenty of options for dining and entertainment.

The rooms were not as nice as they appeared in the pictures, a bit shabby and run down. the elevator was small and required multiple trips to transport luggage.
