I had an amazing stay at this lovely guesthouse. The value for money was excellent, and the room was cozy and clean with all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby and a short taxi ride to the airport. The owners were incredibly welcoming and provided helpful tips for hunting the northern lights. I felt right at home and even had the chance to meet fellow travelers from my home country staying in the opposite room. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant overnight stay near the airport, with the added bonus of exploring the beautiful Reykjanes peninsula.

The breakfast menu could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The guesthouse had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with friendly owners who gave great advice on chasing the northern lights. I also loved meeting fellow travelers from my home country. The location was ideal, close to the center and with plenty to see on the Reykjanes peninsula. Plus, it was easy to walk to nearby restaurants and the bus station that takes you to the airport.

At times, the noise from people partying outside on the main road was a bit bothersome, but it either calmed down later or my ear plugs did the trick. the fact that the rooms were located in the basement might not be everyone's preference.
