The staff at the resort made our stay truly memorable with their kind and helpful nature, making us feel at home. the owner's outstanding hospitality and understanding stood out the most, leaving a positive impact on our experience. Improvement can be made in terms of the road leading to the resort and enhancing the taste of the food served.

Blizzard Resort offers a good location with a really nice swimming pool, though it could be cleaner regularly. More activities for kids in the lawn area would enhance the experience. the staff and owners were very polite and cooperative, making us feel welcome and at home.

The hotel staff, led by the owner, provided exceptional service with warm smiles throughout my entire stay. The food at the restaurant surpassed my expectations, rivaling even the finest dining establishments I've experienced around the world. The brand new rooms were spotlessly clean and boasted beautiful balconies for relaxing evenings. Live music performances added to the delightful ambiance of the hotel. However, the access road to the hotel was a bit narrow and unpaved, making parking and taking leisurely walks a bit challenging at times.
