Our stay at Courtyard was simply refreshing and calming. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, taking care of every detail with utmost care. They even fulfilled our request for a cake upon check-in. The location, being close to the airport, was convenient, and the check-in staff were very helpful. The breakfast spread was impressive, and the dining room staff went above and beyond, offering to cook special dishes for us. we had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return to this property.

I also enjoyed the massage and face massage services. The hotel's location is excellent, being very close to the airport and offering a complimentary airport pickup. The hotel is incredibly convenient as it is literally a stone's throw away from the airport and provides a free airport transfer. The spacious and luxurious rooms offer a comfortable bed, a stand-in shower, and a bath tub. The friendly staff provides excellent service, especially at the Momo Cafe where the breakfast spread is huge with local and international dishes. The gym is decent with good cardio and weight equipment.

The lobby and restaurant areas can be quite warm and not ideal for a humid place like Kochi.

The helpful staff, particularly Ms. Adwaitha, provided exceptional service by planning our itinerary and recommending excellent restaurants. The breakfast, prepared by Chef Ravi, was the best we've had in India, with accommodating options for our dietary requirements. The buffets were exceptional, and the staff always served with a smile. We were truly impressed!

We stayed at the Courtyard for our last night of vacation, as it's conveniently located only 12 minutes from the airport. The staff was superb and the upgrade to an enormous suite was a nice surprise. The pool and gym were well-maintained, and the buffet was excellent. The bar and restaurant offered delicious food, and the staff, especially Sangi Mizo, were helpful and friendly. a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

loved the quick room change and attentive staff! They even sent rolls to help me through the night. Clean sheets, beautiful bathroom, and a great ambience. Complimentary dinner and packed breakfast were a bonus, plus a drop to the airport.
