The room we stayed in at Estuary was spacious and comfortable. The bed, pillows, and sheets were of high quality, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the complimentary evening high tea at Chayakkada, a nice touch. The hotel arranged for a mangrove and backwater ride, which was a beautiful and memorable experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with well-maintained cottages and a very clean swimming pool. The hotel facilities were impressive, including free indoor gaming and activities that kept us entertained. The location, next to the backwaters, provided a natural ambience and a beautiful view. The staff was very polite and accommodating, especially Mr. Sangeeth, the new front desk Manager, who made our check-in and check-out process quick and easy. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of traditional South Indian food. our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The serene atmosphere and overall ambience were pleasant. Ample-sized swimming pools were clean with attentive pool attendants. The room was excellent, and the bathroom superb for families. The friendly staff helped with arrangements. The complimentary breakfast was good, and the resort had beautiful gardens and multiple pools with Neyyar and beach views.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, close to the main road and with easy access to the city center. The staff were very attentive and always ensured my stay was comfortable. One of the best aspects of this hotel was the on-site Ayurveda center, where I had a fantastic massage that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The view from my room was amazing, with picturesque surroundings and a peaceful ambiance that was perfect for relaxation.

While the hotel had many great features, there were also some aspects that I didn't enjoy. The indoor and outdoor sports facilities were poorly maintained, making it hard to enjoy any physical activities.

This hotel provides a luxurious and relaxing stay with exclusive amenities such as a Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, and Swimming pool. The massage was top-notch and the pool with a view was breathtaking. The private facilities offered high privacy for a satisfying stay.

The indoor swimming pool's temperature was too cold and not suitable for swimming. This minor issue didn't ruin the overall experience in the hotel.
