Our stay at Victory was excellent value for money. The room was comfortable with a beautiful view of the valley. The location was convenient, just a short walk away from the railway station, bus stand, and Mall road. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety.

Great location near the bus stand and easy access to the shopping area. The rooms were well-designed and had excellent facilities. The cleanliness was impressive, and the staff were polite and professional. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options and was promptly delivered. The live counter was a nice touch. The travel desk was efficient and arranged for taxis quickly. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room blankets were messy and had to be changed multiple times. The hotel telephone didn't work, and there were no TV channels available.

The location is also convenient, with a shortcut to the mall road just a short walk away. I would highly recommend Victory to my friends. a great experience.

had an incredible stay in Shimla with my family at this hotel. breathtaking view, cozy rooms, delicious food, and friendly staff who provided the best service we've ever experienced. can't wait to stay here again!

Bedsheets and blankets were dirty. staff tried their best to help but couldn't find a clean replacement.
