I had a great stay at Fairfield Inn! The room was clean and well-appointed, with a comfy bed and a fantastic shower. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the location was convenient to local restaurants and attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They were friendly and always willing to help. The hotel itself may be older, but it is well-maintained and clean. I had a comfortable stay and would definitely choose Fairfield Inn again.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The young woman at the counter on Wednesday night was so patient and kind, even at the end of her shift. The plant-based sausage for breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the cook was very pleasant as well. The room was spacious and clean, with a brand new sleeper sofa and the added bonus of a fridge and microwave. The shower was also quite spacious, and the room was incredibly quiet. The breakfast room was nice, and I enjoyed spending time on the hotel's lovely outside patio. Additionally, the staff, including the cleaning staff, were absolutely amazing. They greeted me and my husband with cheerful hellos, and they went out of their way to help when my son got sick on our trip. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions about the local area and making us feel welcome. the hotel property itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and amenities such as a pool and fitness area. the location of the hotel was convenient, especially for those attending events at the nearby Wings West ice center and looking for nearby dining options.

There were some issues with the virtual key and maintenance of the facilities, such as a running toilet and the door being left open by housekeeping, which caused inconvenience during the stay. There was a lack of efficiency in the front desk's handling of payment and receipt issues, with multiple calls and promises from the manager to resolve the situation, but no actual resolution being provided.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. The front desk staff, especially Amy, was very helpful. The room was clean and cozy. The counter staff and the cook were friendly.

Complementary breakfast and comfortable bed. the hotel is located near the highway, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. the staff at the hotel was polite, pleasant and overall very friendly.

The most unpleasant experience was with the pool. At the time of our visit, the pool was closed, first because of maintenance issues and then because of a child throwing up in the water.

This hotel has become one of our favorites to stay at when we want to get away or explore the city. The value for money is excellent, with reasonable prices for clean and well-kept rooms. The staff are friendly and provide great service, and basic amenities are readily available. Additionally, the hotel's location is convenient, with several places to eat within walking distance.
