Our recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm welcome at the reception to the breathtaking views of the snow-capped peaks, every moment was memorable. the staff, including Deepak and the front office team, were extremely courteous and attentive. the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, with special mention to Mr Chhindu Kapoor from room service for his exceptional hospitality. the restaurant served delicious food, leaving us craving for more. the beautiful property, with its cozy bar and lounge area, made our evenings truly relaxing.

One aspect that could be improved at this hotel is the breakfast menu, which seemed a bit limited with no freshly baked items. some rooms faced water tanks, and the placement of AC compressors at the open dining area made it quite noisy and unpleasant during meals.

The room was very comfortable and clean, with a trampoline for kids to play. the view of the snowy mountains was absolutely breathtaking, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere.

The Wi-Fi connection in the room was a bit spotty at times, which was a minor inconvenience when trying to work or stream videos.

the resort sparkled clean - nestled away from manali mall road. the team shared local tips & served tasty food. chhindu kapoor’s room service was exceptional.

my family and i had one of the best experiences at larisa resort. the views were breathtaking, the staff was humble and efficient, and the ambience was super awesome. from the bar to the restaurant, poolside, and bonfires, everything was excellent.

We had to share public spaces with a large event group, slightly cramping our style. even with a closed spa, the overall shine of the experience wasn't dulled.

During my business trip to Manali, our director chose Larisa Resort for our accommodation, and I must say, it was a pleasant surprise. the well-appointed spaces and various spa services provided me with a holistic sense of wellbeing. the location was perfect, the rooms were super clean, the food was great, and the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived to our check-out, everything was seamless. I would rate Larisa Resort as a 4-star property in terms of facilities, but thanks to the helpful and smiling staff, it felt like a 5-star experience for us. Special mentions go to Karan, Ravi, Aum, Ram, the restaurant team. If you ever visit, make sure to ask for the fresh pancakes during breakfast and don't miss the wood fireplace experience in the mountain view suites.

Rooms are too cold.

The staff at Larisa Resort went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From the friendly receptionists to the attentive waiters, their customer service was exceptional. One particular waiter even reminded us about our special dietary request for our child, showcasing their attention to detail. The cottage we stayed in was well-equipped and the service was excellent. The resort's location was also ideal, offering stunning scenery and a peaceful environment. The children's room with toys was a hit with our little one, and we even got to fulfill our dream of cycling on the property. our experience at Larisa Resort was fantastic and we would definitely recommend it.

We spent our thanksgiving holiday here and we enjoyed the breathtaking view of the mountains from our room. the location was perfect, near to main attractions and easy to reach. They offered a private dinner with candles that was very romantic and fantastic.

The lack of cleanliness was very disappointing. the room was not well maintained and smelled musty.

This hotel provided us with a truly luxurious and exclusive stay. the service provided by the staff here was top-notch and we were made to feel very welcome. the Spa & wellness centre, sauna, swimming pool, and Jacuzzi were amazing and we spent many hours there. the massage and steam room were perfect for relaxing the mind and body. the garden area was vast and we enjoyed the beautiful views from the sun loungers. the room advantages were exclusive and made us feel very pampered.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the BBQ facilities were not working, however, this did not detract from our overall experience. In summary, we had an amazing time here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious retreat with exclusive amenities, Spa & wellness centre, sauna, swimming pool, Jacuzzi.
