I was really impressed with the value for money at Sheraton. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The staff treated us like VIPs, always friendly and helpful.

During our stay at Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden, we were amazed by the excellent ambiance and royal feel of the hotel. The clean and refurbished rooms provided excellent amenities and services. We especially loved the well-maintained and well-equipped gymnasium, as well as the rooftop pool and spacious sports room. The hotel also had multiple restaurants offering a wide selection of delicious Indian and international cuisines, with exceptional hospitality from the staff. The hotel even had special stalls for kids on Sundays, providing gaming and snacking options. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden.

Excellent buffet spread and top-notch hospitality. The blend of delicious food and exceptional service at Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden left us flabbergasted. The restaurant manager, Mr. Swapnil Karkamkar, made our experience truly memorable. Without a doubt, this is one of the finest five-star hotels in the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

Outstanding service! the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. the breakfast options were delicious and the F&B manager and restaurant manager were very attentive. the front desk staff were efficient and helpful during check, in and check, out. the Sheraton Club Lounge had a great selection of snacks and the room dining service was excellent. the hotel was clean and well, maintained, with a good fitness center and spa.

The rooms had a musty smell and the carpets were old and in need of replacement. There was also a lot of noise from the nearby train station and traffic, so bring earplugs.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the front desk manager Mr. Yashwardhan, made us feel comfortable and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. We were pleasantly surprised with a Suite upgrade and even had baking classes planned for our kids. The lounge staff, particularly Pawan, provided exceptional service during happy hours, anticipating our needs without being asked. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lovely ambiance and clean and comfortable rooms. Additionally, the hotel's location next to the train station was convenient as there was no noise disturbance.

Christmas at this hotel was amazing! the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies by the fireplace were a lovely touch. the hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. the rooftop pool and lounge area were also a highlight, offering stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere.

the noise from nearby traffic and trains could be heard from the rooms, making it difficult to sleep at times. though, our stay was enjoyable and we would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

We recently had a wonderful stay at a top property in Pune. As a family with kids, we were delighted with the variety of amenities available. The well-equipped gym and well-maintained swimming pool provided great options for staying active and enjoying some leisure time. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was substantial, and we particularly loved the delectable chocolate brownie. Additionally, the hotel arranged a play area for children on weekends and holidays, adding to the overall family-friendly experience. The staff and service provided were outstanding, making us feel like valued guests throughout our stay.

During our stay, we felt more than at home and had absolutely no complaints about any aspect of our experience.

Waking up to the wonderful sound of doors being banged at 3:30 am. So relaxing!

The location of the hotel is great as it is next to the train station and not far from the airport. This makes it convenient to arrange transport to nearby malls and shopping precincts. Additionally, the rooms are well-insulated so you can't hear any noise from the trains.

One small suggestion would be to provide more storage space or racks near the bathtub to make it more convenient for guests.

This hotel exceeded expectations with its grand entrance, luxurious suit rooms, and elegant red carpet passage area. The overall interior and ambiance were impressive, creating a truly special and memorable experience. The staff and management provided exceptional personal attention and made sweet gestures throughout our stay. Special mention to Ms Vinyashree for her outstanding hospitality and cooperation.
