My spacious Grand Studio featured a well-equipped kitchenette, which made meal prep a breeze. The direct tram access to the city center was incredibly convenient, and I appreciated the complimentary public transport card offered during my stay.

Room was comfy as, but the WiFi was a bit slow, which can be annoying. Loved the kitchenette though, it made cooking easy after a busy day!

It was just a proper fit for a swift stopover in Geneva with real value for money. Daniela at the reception was really helpful, making a stressful visa extension process a lot easier for us. Bring your own breakfast, as there's no free option available.

The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable during peak hours, the air conditioning was noisy and ineffective, and the limited cleaning service frequency was disappointing for a longer stay!!! The lack of standard hotel amenities is also a letdown!!!

starling absolutely had potential, but the dirty towels took forever to recieve after multiple requests, seems like cleanliness isn't a priority here. also, the noisy air conditioning ruined my sleep, what a charm! i expected at least a complimentary gesture for my bother, but what do i know? barely a 7-star experience, if that.

Yo, the spot was solid. Free transport pass? Game changer! Room had a kitchen, comfy bed, and the tram stop was right outside. Staff was chill, always ready to help. If only the A/C was quieter, it was a bit loud at night, but I still caught good sleep. Definitely coming back.
