park plaza has a great location near park pkaza shahdara. the cleanliness is top-notch. we loved having two adjacent rooms with a connecting door. mr pankaj roy kapoor was super friendly and helped us a lot. anjali gave us great tips on local markets and tourist spots.

The maintenance was lacking, with one lift broken and poor room conditions. The food service was bad, and the breakfast hygiene was questionable.

The pool area was great for chilling out, and I even enjoyed a delightful massage at the spa which was a perfect treat. The only hiccup was a bit of noise from housekeeping, but it didn’t take away from the overall good vibes. 🏊‍♂️
