The Happy Hour is sadly lacking and has been cut short!!! Long waits for drinks at the bar and noise complaints went unresolved!!! The staff seem misinformed and inattentive, making it hard to enjoy a relaxing stay!!!

Conveniently located just 5 km from the airport.

My experience at The Lalit Mumbai was quite disappointing. We faced a lengthy wait during check-in as there was only one staff member available to assist a large group of airline crew. Additionally, the room we received had a musty smell, and despite being a couple, our supplies were inadequate for two guests. I had expected more from a brand like Lalit, and the overall cleanliness fell short of acceptable standards.

My rollercoaster experience!

The spacious two-bedroom apartment was fantastic with great staff who were courteous. The breakfast spread had wide options, and the pool was a perfect spot to unwind.

Check-in was chaotic with long waits, and our bathroom faced a flooding issue that went unnoticed for too long.

The airport pickup was seamless. the driver was very attentive, assisting my elderly family members. The room was impressively spacious with a comfortable bed and excellent amenities, including a large bathtub. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection, especially the various salads which were fresh and flavorful. However, the hotel feels a bit dated and could benefit from some renovation.

Perfect for airport access

So, I stayed for just one night and loved how close it is to the airport. The lobby was super spacious and looked fancy. I had a nice drink at the bar area. Just a bummer that the taxi prices seemed too high—like, I had to negotiate a bit. Still, great place if you need a quick stay.

The large lobby area is very impressive! The breakfast had a great variety (especially the batata Wada), and the bar/lounge was inviting. Staff were professional and super friendly ☺️, making my stay enjoyable.

However, the pool's change room could use better maintenance. Also, I found the light switches a bit confusing at first.
