The staff at this hotel are amazing and really make you feel like royalty. They go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met and make your stay unforgettable. the location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to landmarks and attractions in the city. One of the best aspects of this hotel is the gym and spa area. It is modern, well-equipped, and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

One small downside is that the dining and public areas can be a bit cool due to the air purifiers pumping to combat the Delhi smog. It is advisable to bring warm clothes when visiting these areas.

I requested a trip to Taj Mahal and Fatehpur Sikri, and the hotel concierge arranged everything perfectly. They even packed breakfast and snacks for the road. My driver, Naresh, was kind and caring, ensuring my safety and comfort throughout the journey. I was also impressed with my guide, Manu Pathak, who had extensive knowledge and delivered information in an engaging manner. The hotel's promotion of female guides, like Manu, is commendable. The ambiance, luxury, and comfort of the hotel were outstanding. The bed was comfortable, and the restaurant, Cube, served absolutely delicious food. I had an unforgettable experience and will definitely recommend this hotel to others. I highly recommend staying at Leela Palace for a memorable experience.
