I had a delightful stay at the hotel in Manali. The staff, especially Mr Dharam, provided excellent service. The rooms offered stunning views, and the food was delicious and served on time. the toilets were in need of maintenance, the menu options were limited, and the beds were not very comfortable. The lack of an exhaust fan in the washroom and the risky geysers were also drawbacks. Despite these issues, my family and I created unforgettable memories thanks to the welcoming staff.

I absolutely loved the database's user-friendly interface and quick search function. It made finding information a breeze.

Occasional lag when loading certain pages in the database. It was a minor inconvenience but did not significantly impact my overall experience.

Staff dealing was excellent, especially Mr Dharam. During our stay, they went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. It felt like having a personal concierge always ready to fulfill our every wish, just like a genie in a bottle but with a smile.
