The comfortable and clean rooms provided a pleasant resting environment, while the on-site restaurant offered a range of buffet and a la carte options. The hotel's proximity to the Taj Mahal site, just a short 5-10 minutes drive away, allowed for an early start without hassle. The pool was well-maintained and spacious enough for laps, and the Trident signature massage was truly excellent. Additionally, the hotel provided a variety of free evening activities, such as pottery, palmistry, and a puppet show, which added a unique touch to our stay. However, the standout asset of the hotel was the staff, who were kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to assist us with guides, transportation. I would definitely choose to stay at Trident again when I bring other visitors to Agra.

One aspect that could be improved upon was the accessibility for individuals with mobility issues. the wheelchair room was not well adapted, particularly the shower seat which was small and had metal borders that could potentially cause harm.
