The W14 Kensington was definitely worth the money. The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed, TV, and a reliable internet connection. The location was great, with two nearby tube stations and all necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, with more variety and options.

We arrived at the hotel and were pleased to find that it is conveniently located near two underground stations, making it very easy to travel around the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and a super shower. the staff were pleasant and polite, providing us with endless little pots of milk for our tea. We also enjoyed the comfortable beds and the availability of a hairdryer and tea making facilities in the room.

There were quite a few narrow steps leading up to the bedrooms, which was a bit challenging when carrying big suitcases.

Additionally, they offer free Wi-Fi and printing tickets.

The flashing Christmas lights outside the room window were slightly annoying throughout the night.
