Good room facilities with no lift inconvenience for those with leg ailments. Breakfast spread is excellent with pleasant indoor and outdoor ambience. Convenient location with a complimentary shuttle service to the city till 7pm. Great views from select rooms and helpful staff.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was not very far away from the main attractions and the main market area of Nainital, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with amenities like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We also had a nice sitting area in the room where we could relax and enjoy the view. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent room service and assistance with car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry. We were also impressed with the free shuttle service offered by the hotel, which made it easy for us to get to the bazaar downhill in the city.

The hotel provided free pickup and drop facilities which was a relief. , the rooms were clean and offered a good view. The hotel was located in a quiet area which was great for relaxing.

The facilities were quite outdated and in need of modernization. The heating system was poor and we had to constantly request for extra blankets.
