Proximity to wonderful dining spots and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, allowing for a cozy night’s rest.

Breakfast options were limited, leaving much to be desired. Additionally, the neighborhood's safety concerns made me feel uneasy venturing outside after dark.

The breakfast bar offered a delightful selection, and the homemade pastries were an absolute highlight! The staff were exceptionally caring, providing quick hot water for my tea. Plus, the room was clean and beds were cozy, making for a restful night.

Unfortunately, loud noises from the adjacent rooms and hallway kept me awake, and the receptionist seemed a bit grumpy at check-out – talk about an awkward start to the day. Still, the charm of the place made it a bit easier to brush off the small hiccups.

Room cleanliness issues could be addressed!!! Hot water availability was nonexistent during peak hours!!! Unresponsive maintenance requests were frustrating!!! The fitness center had broken equipment!!! The room temperature controls were ineffective!!! Poorly maintained elevators can be improved!!! Neighborhood safety concerns might bother guests!!! Unclean shared areas detracted from the experience!!!

The location was a perfect spot for family fun, and we visited the nearby UNM North Golf Course, which was fantastic! Staying here with my granddaughter felt great thanks to the newly renovated, cozy atmosphere and a yummy breakfast.

My children wished there were more kid-friendly breakfast options.

water leaks in the hallway could be fixed.

the location is pretty good, especially being close to green jeans farmery which has a lot of food options. rooms are getting remodeled, so the new ones should be nice. staff were friendly and helpful during the stay. easy on and off access to the freeway is a plus. overall a comfy place!

but the neighborhood felt a bit sketchy and i had trouble with the hot water, it just wasn’t working right.

During my visit, I appreciated the proximity to local attractions. The breakfast stood out as the best I have ever had at this hotel chain, encouraging me to return in the future. Enjoyed the outdoor pool too, which provided a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring. The cultural diversity caught my attention as someone from Italy, and it was nice to be around different communities. The staff provided decent service throughout my stay.
