Incredible staff, relaxing stay, great day trips, brilliant tour guide, beautiful venue, perfect ambiance.

It was all superb.

While our stay at Aksari Resort Ubud was mostly enjoyable, there were a few minor drawbacks. The restaurant left something to be desired, as we found a filter cigarette in our ice coffee and the food in the main and Japanese restaurants was not up to par.

Stunning view, spacious room, clean and comfortable. Loved the jungle view for privacy. Lovely and helpful staff. Massive pools, perfect for Instagram moments. Great food, prices surprisingly low. Loads to do, from beach to temples and monkey forest. Amazing service, especially from Yoga instructor, front desk, and restaurant staff.

The luxurious amenities provided by this hotel were great. the infinity pool was refreshing and the outdoor swimming pool was well-maintained. the spa centre was very good and the massage services were relaxing. I loved the hot spring bath which was a unique experience. the room advantages were outstanding as the bed was very comfortable and the private facilities were very exclusive. the restaurant provided delicious in-room meals which were very satisfying.

The only minor issue that I had was with the location of this hotel. Although the building was beautiful and the views were nice, the location was a bit far from everything.

Nice place with great pools and friendly service. the Japanese restaurant served delicious food and we recommend getting the flower option for your bath. We also appreciated the gym and spa facilities, which were well-maintained.

there were several maintenance issues in our room such as a broken shower, leaking bathtub, and a loose faucet.

We enjoyed our 10-night stay in a remote area with incredible staff. Day trips were easily arranged. Breakfast provided a delicious variety. Yoga class was a highlight. Nice rooms, pools, and forest views. The service was outstanding, with polite and helpful staff. The resort provided a beautiful nature view, clean rooms, and great amenities. The receptionist, Adi, was particularly nice. a memorable and beautiful stay.
