I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed, like a big screen TV and comfy duvet. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with lots of shops and cafes nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile to make sure I had a great stay.

The breakfast could have been improved by providing water and shower gel in the room daily. It would have been a nice added touch.

The 9Hotel Mercy in Lisbon exceeded all expectations. The terrace bar offered breathtaking views and had a personable bartender. The top floor suite was quiet and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the location was great, with many dining, shopping, and entertainment options within walking distance.

Lovely boutique hotel in a fantastic location. Excellent staff who answered every question and were polite and helpful. Comfortable bed and pillows, and a fabulous shower. Good and plentiful breakfast. Close to the metro and riverfront. Safe and lively area with shops and cafes in walking distance.

I recently stayed at this place and was pleasantly surprised with the location. It was right on a main street, in the right area of the city - close to most tourist attractions. The staff from reception desk till the breakfast staff were extremely accommodating and provided top-notch service. My room was very comfortable and had everything I needed including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The buffet breakfast was amazing and the diverse options satisfied every palate.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better. It is situated right in the heart of the city, close to restaurants, shops, and all the main attractions. You can practically step out of the hotel and be right in the middle of the action. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. There was one minor issue with the breakfast setup. The bar, which is a separate business, is where breakfast is served, and the seating could be a bit more comfortable.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I was happy to find a hotel with two complimentary facts - a continental breakfast and free Wi-Fi. the location was ideal, right in the heart of the city with easy access to the train station. A bonus was being able to walk to many attractions, restaurants, and shops.

The rooms were small and lacked views, and the cleaning was minimal. the showers were poorly designed, resulting in leaks, and the air conditioning was weak and noisy.
