I had an unpleasant experience with the shower as it didn’t drain properly, causing water to spill out onto the floor. This made after-shower cleanups a hassle, particularly after a long journey. Additionally, I found the room not as clean as expected, which was disappointing for my stay.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the wi-fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and bar area. On my first stay, the staff helped me print my boarding pass. Tip, don't miss the friendly service at the bar! I'm coming back for a city trip.

It was just a suitable option for a holiday in London with good price value. The room service menu was surprisingly good and hit the spot after a long day exploring. Make sure to arrive exactly at check-in time since they won’t bend on that.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, complete with nice Rituals shampoo and hot shower, made our stay enjoyable, and the location is superb, just steps from major tube stations, allowing easy exploration of the area.

absolutely horrendous! My shower overflowed within seconds & it was sweltering—requested a fan, only to have a staff member barge in uninvited! And after all that chaos, I expected a complimentary gesture, but there was none. I almost left a good review, but just couldn't.

The location was superb! just steps away from iconic sights, and I loved the modern touch in the bathroom where you could change the shower screen with a button, made it clever and fun. The friendliness of the staff impressed me, they even guided me through the room and explained everything like the hidden fridge, which felt personalized.

Convenient Location with Room for Improvement

Our family enjoyed a week at this hotel, benefiting from its prime location near the Tower of London and easy access to transportation. However, the restaurant’s service was lacking, with some staff appearing untrained. Breakfast seating was cramped, leading to makeshift tables that were not ideal. A more diverse menu would enhance the dining experience.

the lack of a/c made it very uncomfortable (especially in summer). on the plus side, the powerful shower was refreshing, and the easy connection from my phone to the tv was great. also enjoyed the chocolates left in the room for arrivals.

The location was fantastic, making it so easy to explore iconic sights. The staff, particularly Jenna at reception, provided excellent service and made our daughter’s birthday memorable. While the breakfast options were quite nice, there was a slight wait for some dishes. Overall, a solid stay amidst minor hiccups.

novotel has a great location, very close to the tube station, making it easy to explore. the staff were friendly and helpful, which was appreciated. the small spa area and gym were nice to unwind in after a day out. breakfast was generous, providing a good start to the day.
