As a backpacker, I loved the clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. The central location was perfect for exploring Ubud, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The pool was a great place to relax and the breakfast was simple yet satisfying.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with our room being cleaned everyday to perfection. The hotel facilities were great, especially the swimming pool which we could access through our balcony. The location was superb, as it was only a few minutes' walk to the central area of Ubud and also close to the beautiful green fields. It was surprisingly quiet, away from the noisy roads, yet conveniently located near restaurants and a big supermarket. The breakfast served in our room was fantastic, with friendly staff bringing us three delicious courses.

I had an amazing stay here. The location is perfect, as it is close to everything in the center of Ubud, but tucked away from the noise of the main street. I could easily walk to the monkey forest sanctuary and explore the nearby shops and restaurants. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a nice pool and a cozy breakfast restaurant. Speaking of breakfast, the meals provided were healthy and generous, giving me the energy I needed for a day of exploration. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting me with scooter rentals and arranging taxis whenever I needed them.

Furthermore, despite being situated in a narrow alley, the property had a beautiful Hindu temple and a lovely garden area that created a serene atmosphere. Also, the staff here were very friendly and welcoming, making my stay very enjoyable.

Our family had a wonderful stay in a spacious room with a comfortable superkingsized bed and a balcony overlooking the serene pool. The location was perfect, close to the Ubud Monkey Forest and the city centre, yet far enough from the main street to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was superb, featuring fresh fruit juice, delicious jaffles, and green banana pancakes. We also enjoyed lounging by the pool and exploring the nearby cafes and restaurants.

We experienced some spotty Wi-Fi in our room, which made it difficult to get work done at times.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my New Year stay even more enjoyable. the fresh and delicious breakfast served every day was a great way to start my mornings. the location of the hotel was also perfect, with everything in the area within walking distance. It was great to be able to explore the local market, try out different restaurants, and visit beautiful temples without having to travel far. the hotel provided a comfortable and convenient base for my Ubud adventures.

One drawback was the small fee for using a credit card, but luckily I had cash on hand so it wasn't a big issue for me. the water in the shower drained slowly and there was no phone in my room to contact reception.

The breakfast was alright and there were some nice complementary drinks offered. the location was pretty good as it was close to a lot of shops and markets. the view from the balcony was really amazing and relaxing, and we enjoyed it a lot.

The bed was quite uncomfortable and we couldn't get good sleep throughout the night. the bathroom was not that clean - it definitely needs some renovation work.
