I just loved waiting forever for the elevator. So entertaining!

Located in a lively neighborhood, this hotel provides easy access to nearby attractions and two small malls. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with many choices of Asian, Indo, Japanese, and Western delicacies. Guests can enjoy a pleasant view from their nice rooms. The staff, especially concierge, is helpful and friendly.

The hotel experiences some minor issues with wall insulation in the rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at Doubletree! It felt like being in a peaceful Bali resort, with beautiful facilities and friendly, good-looking staff. The chef at the kitchen was amazing, preparing delicious local food for us upon request. And the concierge, Amber, was a master at making our stay smooth and enjoyable, arranging everything from taxis to excursions. The rooms were spacious and clean, the pool was large and relaxing, and the breakfast had a wide selection of options. The staff, like Irval and Dinda, were polite and always greeted us with a smile. Sea Grain Restaurant was a romantic spot with a great menu, and the executive lounge offered a delightful evening cocktail and tea. a wonderful experience at Doubletree Jakarta!

The room was brilliant with a large and modern bathroom. Plenty of space to move around, perfect for those with physical handicaps. The view was great and the staff members were top-notch. Both the lvl3 and lvlG restaurants were excellent, serving delicious food in huge portions. The hotel provided storage for hanging clothes and appliances like an iron were already available. it made for an excellent last-stop on my trip.

Felt very at home, nothing was too much trouble.

I had a great stay at Doubletree By Hilton Jakarta. The pool was relaxing and the breakfast had a good selection. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast selection was incredible and the bed was comfortable. Our room was spacious, with a large shower and a well-stocked minibar. The staff, especially Ms. Melati from the front desk, went above and beyond to make our daughter's birthday special during dinner at Open Restaurant. The hotel also had a great pool, kids club, and the aroma when entering the hotel was amazing. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

Nothing to dislike.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that fulfills all exclusive amenities needs. The spa and wellness center, the outdoor swimming pool with its sun loungers, and the sun terrace with beautiful garden area are all top-notch. The restaurant serves halal food, special diet menus, and in-room breakfast. The poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area are outstanding. The private facilities are exclusive, and the location advantages offer easy access to public transport.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the elevator wait times during peak hours. This hotel made me feel pampered with their fantastic services, massages, BBQ facilities and special menus for dinner.

Spending my Christmas holiday at this hotel was fantastic! I really appreciated the special treats they provided in my room and the afternoon tea was a delightful surprise. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to restaurants and shops within walking distance. I simply loved the rooftop pool with its stunning views of the city, and the fitness center was a great bonus for my daily workouts.

The elevators were quite slow at peak hours, which caused a bit of an inconvenience during my stay. the waiting time at the restaurant was frustrating, and I did not appreciate being turned away due to not having a reservation.
