We stayed at a recently refurbished hotel in Bali for almost three weeks. The Grand Barong resort was clean, beautiful, and had a friendly staff. The pool areas were never too busy and we enjoyed spending our days lounging by the pool. The rooms were lovely with a spacious balcony. We loved it so much that we extended our stay until the end. The hotel's central location made it convenient for accessing everything we needed.

Perfect location! One-way street for cars, with in-house pub/bar in front. Walking distance to everywhere including Beachwalk Mall. Jimmy F--in Hendrix legend! Overwhelmed by the refurbished hotel, can't wait to return. Surprisingly quiet despite the crowded street. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. EXCELLENT rooms with big balconies overlooking the pool. We'll definitely stay here again!

The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide selection. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool bar had great music and there were two pools to choose from. a highly recommended place to stay.

The pool area was lovely and the complementary drinks were a nice touch. The hotel was located in a bustling area, close to many attractions and with easy access to transportation. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and had a variety of tasty options.

The staff were not very friendly and seemed uninterested in helping. The room was not very clean and there was a funky smell.

The hotel is conveniently located in the main area, close to the nightclubs, making it a great choice for those who enjoy the nightlife. Additionally, there is a sports bar on-site for guests to relax and enjoy a drink.

The housekeeping service falls short as they do not properly replenish amenities in the bathroom.

We stayed here and enjoyed the central location, just a blink away from everything we needed. The staff were excellent, always ready for anything we needed, making our trip a comfortable and relaxing experience. They were always willing to assist and nothing was too much trouble for them.

The location is perfect, within walking distance to Kuta Beach and the shopping mall. The staff were friendly and efficient, taking care of everything we needed. We appreciated being able to check out later in the afternoon for a small fee, considering our late night flight. it was a good stay for us as backpackers.

Great stay at a great hotel. I liked the fact that the hotel catered for all age groups as I thought it may have been just for younger people. Music finished at a respectable time. Staff were always on hand to assist with any inquiries. Very nice buffet breakfast. Best hotel we stayed at this holiday.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the occasional strong smell of sewage in the bathroom and some issues with water drainage in the shower, overall, my stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The friendly staff, the nice and spacious pool, and the absence of noise from the crowded street made for a comfortable and relaxing experience.

Nothing not to love.

I had a great time at this hotel in Kuta. The location was perfect, right in the center of all the action. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel provided a quiet and comfortable stay. The service was exceptional, with the staff always ready to assist and fulfill any request. The room amenities were top-notch, with a balcony providing a nice view. The hotel also had an excellent spa and wellness center, as well as a beautiful swimming pool. I was very impressed with the quality and comfort this place offered.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
