Friendly and Efficient Service

Had a lovely Christmas stay here! the spacious and clean rooms made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. the staff were very accommodating and friendly - always willing to help and provide great hospitality. We also enjoyed the outstanding food and the fact that the hotel offered a bathtub instead of just a shower. the location was perfect - near to the city center and easily accessible.

Although the overall experience was great, there were a few minor issues that could be improved upon. the lock on my room's window was broken, which made us feel a bit uneasy at night.
