Exceptional guest services from staff made the stay pleasant.

The patio area was not well maintained, which was disappointing. There were hidden fees during check-in that caught me off guard. The restaurant prices were outrageous, and the food quality didn't match the high cost. Overall, I expected much better from Hilton.

Just a solid selection for a concise stay in Williamsburg with good price-value balance. Remember to ask for the 15% discount included in the resort fee when charging to the room.

Pools are on point, especially the adults-only section. Cabanas were nice even if we waited for service early on. Food at the pool was tasty and servers were chill. Did a breakfast buffet at David’s, solid options. Just watch out for those hidden fees when checking in. those caught me off guard.

but the restaurant staff could be more attentive during busy hours. the pools were stunning and the lazy river added some fun to our downtime. the breakfast buffet had a great variety and was better than I expected. valet service was quick and efficient every time we needed our car.

the front desk staff was not very helpful when we had issues getting into our room. but the lazy river was fantastic and the adult pool area was well maintained. every staff member we met was friendly and attentive.

the pool area was super fun and there was always a place to lay down in the sun. the hotel was clean, and the staff was really nice, especially the lady at breakfast who was super helpful with the kids. we were celebrating a birthday and they even sent us a surprise gift! great location for parks and attractions, and easy to get around.

the pool area was fantastic! our family enjoyed the cabana, and the staff was attentive everywhere. nightly gelato cravings were met by friendly late-night staff. the breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious.

Staff was super helpful, and I loved that the breakfast offered real hot options for Diamond members! Also, the location is perfect—just a short walk to the convention center!

the spa and workout facility is one of the best I have seen at a hotel. even during busy times, the pool area doesn't feel cramped. on our stay, the service at the bar was not as friendly as expected.

The pool area is outstanding, featuring a lazy river and multiple jacuzzis. The king room was refreshing and offered gorgeous views. The cleanliness and friendly staff truly elevated our stay!
