We stayed at Harris Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the view from our room was stunning. The hotel's location near Ngurah Rai International Airport was convenient, with plenty of convenience stores, pharmacies, and great dinner options nearby. The room was clean and modern, and we appreciated the free pickup service and the pool area, even though we didn't have a chance to use it. an excellent choice for a one-night stay close to the airport.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport, making it easy to catch our flight. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast options offered a good selection of Continental and Indonesian dishes.

The lack of response regarding airport shuttle made us take a taxi instead.

Clean and Affordable – the room was clean and offered great value for the price. It was well-maintained and had all the basic amenities. Convenient Location – the hotel's proximity to the airport was a major advantage. the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport made it super convenient for travelers. 7-Hour Layover Rate – the hotel offered a 7-hour layover rate which was perfect for those catching flights out of Bali to another island.

Lack of Organization – There were some issues with communication and organization. the promised airport pick-up was not available upon arrival, and there was no vegetarian option in the menu as requested.

Staying here was one of my best decisions. This place is situated in a very strategic area, just a few minutes away from the airport which was so convenient. The service provided was exceptional and the staff always catered to my requests immediately. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. They even provided free toiletries! The spa and wellness centre on site were heavenly, the massage left me feeling rejuvenated. I also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool, it was so relaxing.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone for a comfortable stay.

This hotel was the perfect spot for our Easter getaway! We loved the convenient location, just a stone's throw away from the airport, which made it super easy to get around. the free shuttle service was a bonus! the pool was lovely, great to relax and take in some sun. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and room service, which both provided a good selection of food. the staff was friendly and always willing to help.

The noise from renovations also meant that we were not able to get a proper rest during the day. we found the prices to be a bit steep for some of the amenities provided.
