Railay Great View Resort was an amazing experience! the room was luxurious, with a beautiful bathroom and a comfortable bed. the complimentary water and beach bag were nice touches. the pool area was lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at Great View Resort for 4 nights on a leisure trip. Staff was friendly, gave clear instructions from Krabi airport. Room was beautiful, with a spacious bathroom and bathtub overlooking the jungle and sea. Comfortable room with AC, flatscreen TV, and balcony. Breakfast buffet was eclectic and delicious. Nice pool, great massage service. Amazing customer service, retrieved my forgotten items and delivered them to the airport. Highly recommend this hotel.

My recent stay at Railay Great View Resort was absolutely amazing! The bungalow room I stayed in was like a charming treehouse nestled in the jungle. I felt completely immersed in nature. The room was spacious and the views from the patio were breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful ocean. The infinity pool was a treat, providing a tranquil setting to relax and take in the scenery. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food, catering to both western and Asian tastes.

This hotel is located in a beautiful area with stunning views. It is a bit of a walk to the beaches and pickup spot for tours, but the peacefulness and scenery make it worth it. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with carrying our luggage up and down the stairs. The room was lovely, clean, and spacious with a big balcony and comfortable furnishings. The swimming pool was nice and refreshing, and the breakfast was delicious. this place provided a serene and enjoyable experience.

The only downside was that some of the staff were not very helpful, especially when it came to knowing how to get off the island. However, I would still recommend this hotel to others for its beautiful location, great service, and comfortable amenities.

We had an amazing time at this place. The location at the top of a steep hill with an incredible view of the ocean was breathtaking. The service and housekeeping were superb and the room amenities including air conditioning, mini-bar, and balcony with garden furniture made our stay comfortable. We loved the leisure swimming pool, sun terrace, and beach access. Additionally, the staff was helpful in arranging tours and activities, and the restaurant and bar offered delicious food.

We would definitely recommend this venue to others. Though a few members of the staff struggled with customer service, we found the manager to be very reasonable and accommodating.

We recently stayed at a resort in Railay and it was absolutely amazing. the hotel crew, especially the receptionist, made us feel most welcome upon arrival. the location is perfect for relaxation, with stunning ocean views and monkeys playing in the trees near our balcony. the resort even offers free boat transfers to and from the pier, making it convenient. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again.

We had an incredible stay at a hotel in Railay Beach. the room was spacious with a beautiful balcony and a nice view from the bathroom. the staff were super helpful and everything was within walking distance. the beds were comfortable and the price was reasonable. the breakfast was good, although it could have had more variety with Thai options. we loved everything about the resort, and my wife even regretted not staying for three days!

Great complementary breakfast and free drinks by the pool with stunning views. Room had a magnificent ocean view and the beds were super comfortable. Although it was a bit of a hike from the village, the quiet location was ideal for relaxation.

Although overall a great stay, the pricing was a bit steep for what was offered. Some rooms were in need of updating and some areas of the property were not kept as clean as they could have been.

We loved the friendly and professional staff, as well as the delicious food that exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The resort was conveniently located, with a scenic 15-minute walk to the East Railay dock and just 20 minutes away from the bars and restaurants in West Railay. The pool was a great addition and we enjoyed the peaceful and isolated atmosphere of the resort.

We felt very much at home and had nothing to complain about. The overall experience was exceptional.
