Great beach view, easy check-in/out, helpful staff, delicious food, clean pool.

We stayed for four nights in September and had an amazing time at the Holiday Inn in Nusa Dua. The family adventure suite was beautiful, clean, and spacious, and we were even lucky enough to get an ocean view. The resort itself was easy to navigate, with great restaurants, pools, and a kids club that our boys actually enjoyed. Our favorite spot was the shady area beside the Nudi Bar, where we could relax on bean bags and enjoy the pool. The staff were always courteous, kind, and professional. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a good location and it was close to other restaurants and markets. Two complementary facts offered were the good range of breakfast items and the relaxing spa. the friendly staff made the overall atmosphere in the resort more pleasant.

The worst aspect was the restaurant that only had a limited menu and some dishes were not up to standard. the other bad point was the cold pool water that made it unpleasant to swim.

The location was perfect, with lounges, bean bags, and hanging chairs just outside the restaurant. Our room was clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom was spacious. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast had a great selection of dishes. We also enjoyed the various facilities, such as the kids' playground and swimming pool. The resort offered a relaxing atmosphere, and we loved spending time on the beautiful beach.

This hotel ticks all the boxes for a luxurious family getaway. the service is exceptional and the spa and wellness centre provides exclusive amenities for ultimate relaxation. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi are perfect for soaking up the sun and unwinding. the beach access is great for leisurely strolls and enjoying the beautiful sunset views. the massage services are top-notch, and the treatment rooms offer privacy and comfort. the in-room breakfast is a convenient and delicious option for a quiet morning. the restaurant has a great selection of delectable dishes, and the bar/lounge area is perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink.
