The room at Oakwood was spacious and clean, with plenty of natural light and a tasteful design. The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from The Emporium and close to public transportation. The car park and elevators were convenient amenities to have. Additionally, the pool and gym were a big plus, offering a great place to relax and exercise. The view from the balcony and rooftop pool was simply amazing. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The housekeeping service was inconsistent, with some days being great and others forgetting to replenish supplies or empty the trash bins.

Great location, amazing bed with pillow selection, fantastic staff, clean modern room with washing machine, nice bath, lovely view. Amenities worth mentioning: safe, washer/dryer, refrigerator. Excellent interior, peaceful and private for couples.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the BTS Phrom Phong station and close to Emporium & Emquartier, which was great when traveling with kids. There's even a park nearby where we could go for a morning run. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-lit with a generous shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the view from our room was incredible. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and appreciated the facilities provided.

The in-room Wi-Fi was a bit slow, especially at night.

The hotel has friendly staff and the location is very convenient, with malls and convenience stores nearby. There were complementary amenities offered such as yoga classes and gym access, which I enjoyed. the rooms were spacious and had plenty of storage for my clothes.

The room cleanliness could have been better, with bugs in the bathtub and minor stains in the kitchen area. the Wi-Fi was unreliable and slow, especially in the evenings.

The staff, particularly Sean, were lovely and provided excellent service. the hotel was clean, peaceful, and private, making it a perfect choice for couples. Its location, just a 3-minute walk from Emporium and BTS Phrom Phong, was a huge bonus. Despite a few minor issues, I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Bangkok.
