I had a fantastic stay, enjoying the spacious room with modern touches and excellent bathroom facilities. The hotel is just across from a mall offering a lively atmosphere with cafes, eateries, and live music each night. The pool area was clean and lovely, perfect for lounging after a day of exploration. Plus, the complimentary airport transfer added a real touch of convenience to our trip.

Occasionally, the noise from the nearby mall was a bit disruptive at night.

I searched for a gym but couldn't find it—clearer signage would be helpful!!! The pool area could use more seating. More local maps would enhance navigating the surrounding area!!!

Chur! The staff were super friendly, but the noise from the Lippo mall at night was pretty annoying. Loved the pool, though, it was clean and refreshing!

The breakfast options were extensive and varied daily, making mornings exciting. Plus, the staff were incredibly accommodating, providing luggage storage and efficient airport transfers.

The sound from the lively mall nearby could be intrusive at times, which might disrupt relaxation. Also, the pool area could benefit from additional seating.

Chill vibes all around! The staff were just lekker, always smiling and ready to help. Brekkie was a real treat, tons of fresh choices that made mornings proper enjoyable! The pool was stunning, super clean and fab for a dip after exploring. Perfect spot close to the beach – loved it!

Seriously, the breakfast was wicked good—way better than some 5-star spots I’ve been to! The staff made us feel right at home, like family. And the pool? Clean and perfect for chillin'. Perfect spot near the mall, too. Those Balinese dancers were a great bonus one night!

stayed at the vira bali and wow, the staff there are just amazin! always smilin and super helpful, like a family vibe. the rooms were sunny and clean, and we loved chillin by the big pool! also, breakfast was pretty good with some fresh stuff. perfect spot close to the mall and beach too, just awesome.

the noise from the main road can get a bit much at night. also, the gym was kinda small and could use more equipment.

Really loved chilling by the pool with a cold drink while the staff checked in on me regularly to make sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast spread was impressive too, with some items prepared right when I ordered them, pure quality.

Not the cheapest place around but worth it for the experience.

The hotel is just 10 minutes from the airport and super handy for exploring Kuta. We loved the clean pool area and the friendly staff brought us tea and snacks while we soaked up the sun. It's also a quick stroll to some cool shops nearby.

My kids wished there were more storage options in the room.

it was a bit noisy at night, but the breakfast spread is just amazing , tons of options and fresh juices too. the pool's super clean and the staff always greet ya with a smile. great location across from a mall!
