We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location in the center of Ballynahinch Lake was stunning and provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The service was excellent, with prompt room service and attentive housekeeping. We also appreciated the convenience of the laundry service. The shuttle service was a great option for exploring the area. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival. The staff were friendly and offered assistance with tours and tickets. Our room was well-equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. The terrace with garden furniture was a lovely spot to relax. The free toiletries provided added to the comfort of our stay.

There were no negative aspects. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the lake. the staff were welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even parked our car and carried our bags for us. the room was luxurious and well, appointed, with lovely amenities in the bathroom. the food at dinner was delicious, definitely a step up from standard fare. the breakfast menu was excellent and the service was impeccable.

The only downside to our stay was the reception staff, who seemed abrupt and discourteous both during check, in and check, out. This left a poor impression and was not in line with the otherwise pleasant and helpful staff.

The hotel was near the cliffs of Moher, the next stop on our trip, making it a convenient location. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness of the room was outstanding. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service.

We had a magical stay at this enchanting hotel surrounded by stunning woodlands and the Twelve Bens Mountain Range. The scenic trails around the lake provided a beautiful backdrop for horseback riding or walking. As fishing enthusiasts, we were thrilled to be in a famous fly fishing area. Our large room overlooking the water made us feel pampered, and the attentive staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure our enjoyment. The food at the Fisherman's Pub was delicious, and our waitress Eileen was a delight.
