My family and I had a delightful stay at the Courtyard in Duluth. We stayed for two nights and the cleanliness of the hotel and the spacious layout of our room impressed us. The highlight for us was the wide couch that easily pulled out into a bed for our kids. It was a great bonus feature that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The bathroom fixtures were modern and in good condition. the hotel had an outdoor pool, which was a nice feature.

The hotel is located next to a highway, leading to constant noise from traffic, making it difficult to sleep. the door lock on one of the exterior doors was broken and propped open, compromising guest safety.

The hotel had a good-sized room that was very clean. The air conditioning worked well, keeping us comfortable.

The staff at this hotel were extremely attentive and friendly. They greeted us with smiles and made sure our needs were met throughout our stay. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a glorious bed and pillows that made it hard to get out of in the morning. the location of the hotel was also a great advantage, with key attractions and amenities nearby for convenience.

One thing I didn't like was the shower curtain in our room. It had a few spots of mold on it and could have used cleaning or replacing.

This hotel had a great location, situated between shopping malls and close to stores and restaurants. It was perfect for my wife who wanted to do some shopping. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable, with very comfortable beds, and had all the basic amenities we needed. We especially liked that our room was on the "terrace" level, meaning it was on the ground level and didn't have a patio or balcony, which we didn't need anyway. The prices were reasonable, especially considering that breakfast was included. it was a great value for money.

Everything was great, no areas for improvement.
