My family and I had a delightful stay at the Courtyard in Duluth. We stayed for two nights and the cleanliness of the hotel and the spacious layout of our room impressed us. The highlight for us was the wide couch that easily pulled out into a bed for our kids. It was a great bonus feature that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The bathroom fixtures were modern and in good condition. The hotel had an outdoor pool, which was a nice feature.

The hotel is located next to a highway, leading to constant noise from traffic, making it difficult to sleep. The door lock on one of the exterior doors was broken and propped open, compromising guest safety.

This hotel had a great location, situated between shopping malls and close to stores and restaurants. It was perfect for my wife who wanted to do some shopping. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable, with very comfortable beds, and had all the basic amenities we needed. We especially liked that our room was on the "terrace" level, meaning it was on the ground level and didn't have a patio or balcony, which we didn't need anyway. The prices were reasonable, especially considering that breakfast was included. it was a great value for money.
