The hotel was conveniently located near major interstates, making it easy for us to explore the Atlanta area. Our room was spacious, and the helpful staff, especially Fiona, made us feel welcomed and attended to during our stay.

The only downside was the somewhat overpriced coffee at the bistro bar.

Chur, the place was clean and comfy, but the overpriced bistro coffee was a real letdown, eh? Wouldn't mind a free cuppa, you know?

I experienced significant issues during my stay. The room cleanliness was concerning, as there were visible signs of neglect, including mold buildup in the bathroom. Additionally, I found the towels insufficient for my family's needs, which led to an awkward request for more at the front desk, further complicating our experience.

absolutely horrendous stay! the room was filthy with hair on the bathroom floor, and a wet spot was enough to ruin my socks! despite my pleas, no one offered me a room upgrade or a complimentary gesture for all the chaos. it’s like they expect me to settle for less than i deserve. truly pitiful.

Ensure to bring your own towels if traveling with a family, as we experienced a shortage. Consider checking the room for cleanliness upon arrival.

my previous stay in duluth was decent, but this time at courtyard truly exceeded expectations for our anniversary. the staff was super helpful and the room was modern and comfortable, giving us a cozy vibe. i loved the shampoo and body wash in pumps—it made my stay more enjoyable!

the shower didn't get hot enough on occasion.
